1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused and unopened dental products. Items must be in original packaging and in resellable condition.

2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

• Used dental products
• Opened oral care tools
• Customized or special-order items
• Products marked as non-returnable

3. Return Process
To request a return, contact our support team with your order number and the reason for return. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

4. Refunds
Refunds are issued once the returned item is inspected and approved.

• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• In case of damaged or incorrect items received, we will cover the return shipping costs.

5. Exchanges
If you received a defective or wrong product, we will replace it at no additional cost.
